An end of an era

Hello

It's been a long week, marking the closing of the working year for me, it was a long year that contained so much of stress and work, i even missed my family the most during it, i have a feeling that i've changed a lot, i barely know myself now, the workaholism has changed me, or maybe stabilized me into work and productivity, that lead to me ignoring the fun parts of the year and all of the happy moments that was in it.

I've learnt a lot during it, starting with learning that LIFE IS NOT FAIR, if you want to get something you should shout with the loudest voice you have, you have to ask for it, because people won't notice that you needed it until you do that, even the people you used to think they are close to you won't notice or will just ignore it if you didn't ask for it.

It's easy to get credit for the other's work, don't do it, this mean you don't have work yourself, don't underestimate the other's minds, they are as just brilliant and you think you're, they will get you and find that you're doing that, you'll create more enemies, and it's just bad to steal other's work just because you want the credit, people have spent months in order to get and create this credit that you're trying to steal without even paying an effort trying to understand what you're stealing, this happen to me a lot during the past year, in the first couple times i ignored it, but i started to point it out after the repetitive incidents.

Don't mix emotions and work, but don't lose your human touch as well, the entire industry wants us to spend more time thinking about the career that we are developing than our lives, they want us to think for them 24 hours 8 days a week, they are consuming our minds trying to get the most out of them, you'll end up by a mind thinking for the employers more than thinking of the goal or the reason that we have jobs for, if something happen to you, calm down first, don't rush, wait, and then take a decision about this thing, check if it effects you or not, prioritize it with your goals map, and walk toward it without hesitations. I've seen people losing their mind while working, saw couple of people even crying for this point.

I think thats enough for now, i wanted to tell you that i really like the idea of getting back to blogging once again, and it's always a relief that people actually read what we are writing on the internet without sending the link to them.

Thanks for reading, have a good life.
